Should violin music play when you are delivering bad/sad news?
Or maybe Cello music?
Anyways, I had to deliver some sad news to my management a few minutes ago. I wish I had sad violin or cello music to play in the background. Circus music would have been more appropriate.

Sanjaya hasn’t recorded anything so he is immune from the charges.
Should record labels take more responsibility for drug addicted artists?
Should the labels who manage people like Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty try to do more to get them back on track? Should they be tougher?
I don’t remember the last time either of the aforementioned artists performed well and they do a disservice to their fans. They are both immensely talented, but they throw the support people give them back in their faces.
Would it be appropriate for the label to drop them as a statement that they don’t condone the use of drugs and expect their artists to show some respect to fans?

Some turntables feature USB output for digitizing your records. Once in a digital format, what laws apply to these files? Can I legally do as I please with these songs (i.e. transfer to my portable music player)?
I know some songs downloaded from digital music services cannot always be transferred in this way-legally- so that’s why I ask.
