everytime i convert a video, the quality is HORRable! so is there a site that has them to download?

I have no idea – this music video was released before I was born, but for some reason, it sticks out in my mind. But there was a scene in this video that took place on this wild looking “set” named “Dave TV”

Do you think that recording myself singing original songs or any songs for that matter with a guitar on a video and sending it to major record labels is a good idea?
